Monthly Plans

Effective Sept. 1, 2009

Monthly plans are easy. Pick one that seems like a good fit for your budget. If you need to upgrade or downgrade (or even cancel) later, just let us know. There are never any penalties or fees for making changes to your plan.

Additional Hours

If you go over your hours in a given month, you'll be billed $80 for every additional hour.

Nights, Weekends, and Holidays

Work that you ask us to do on nights, weekends, and holidays will be billed at $95 per hour. These hours do not count against the hours included in your plan. Of course, if we choose to work at one of these times of our own free will, there’s no extra charge to you.

Nights: 7 p.m. - 7 a.m. CST

Weekends: Saturday and Sunday

Holidays: U.S. Federal holidays

A La Carte Options

If your plan doesn’t include something you really want (such as Basecamp or a site review), you can add it to your plan at any time. You could add Basecamp one month, then stop it the next. Or, get a site review this year but not next year. Stop or start an option anytime.

Basecamp: $10/month
Monthly 1 hr. Campfire chat: $63/month
Weekly ½ hr. Campfire chat: $126/month
Site review: $252 each
